The basic idea is developed by my collegue Martin Vendel. It has been developed during a period in time when he and I did a lot of executive training in this field. We needed something to hook it all up on so to speak, and gradually he did stumble on it – and then we have developed it further. We have then used it in practical situations with lot of managers, and different industries, involved – and it do seem to fulfill its purpose.
